HasData vs FourA pricing: what 1,000 requests cost at $249

What do 1,000 requests cost on HasData and FourA at $249 a month? $0.083 to $1.245 vs $0.028 to $0.28, read 15 October 2026.

HasData vs FourA: what do 1,000 requests cost at $249?

On a $249 monthly plan, 1,000 plain requests cost $0.083 to $0.415 on HasData's Web Scraping API and $0.028 to $0.055 on FourA, and 1,000 rendered pages cost $0.83 to $1.245 against $0.14 to $0.28. We read HasData's pricing page, its request cost docs and our own prices on 15 October 2026; every price here is in US dollars, billed monthly.

What does FourA charge per request?

FourA prices a request by the engine that ran it, never by the site. Single costs 1 credit, or 2 with a browser profile (the unblocker parameter, on by default). Browser costs 5 credits, and 10 only when a page asked for an extra step before it showed its content and Browser completed it.

Business is $249 a month for 9,000,000 credits on foura.ai/prices, as of 15 October 2026, so 1,000 credits cost about $0.028. Only requests that delivered the data you asked for are billed, and the X-FourA-Credits header on every response says what that call spent.

How does HasData price the same requests?

HasData's Growth plan is $249 a month for 3,000,000 credits, $0.083 per 1,000. A Web Scraping API request is priced by two switches, jsRendering and proxyType. Without rendering it costs 1 credit on datacenter and 5 on residential; with rendering, 10 and 15. Credits come off only for successful requests.

One thing to check before you compare: HasData's pricing page opens on yearly billing, so Growth shows as $208 a month there. Billed monthly, it's $249.

Per 1,000 HTTP Rendered
FourA Business $0.028 to $0.055 $0.14 to $0.28
HasData, datacenter $0.083 $0.83
HasData, residential $0.415 $1.245

Why FourA comes out ahead here

Put each side's cheapest plain request together and HasData's datacenter fetch costs $0.083 per 1,000 against $0.028 for Single, three times apart. Each side's option for protected sites widens it: $0.415 for residential against $0.055 with a browser profile, 7.5 times. Rendering runs $0.83 against $0.14 (6 times), and $1.245 against $0.28 (4.5 times) even when every FourA page needed the extra step.

Now take the case least kind to us. Price every FourA request at its higher cost and every HasData request at its lowest, and a browser-profile Single at $0.055 still sits under HasData's $0.083 fetch, while Browser at $0.28 sits under its $0.83 rendered page.

Smaller plans keep that order. HasData's Startup is $59 a month for 200,000 credits, so 1,000 plain requests cost $0.295 and 1,000 rendered ones $2.95. FourA's Developer is $29 for 300,000 credits: $0.097 to $0.19 per 1,000 on Single, $0.48 to $0.97 on Browser.

HasData earns credit for how plainly it prices. Four credit costs sit in one docs table, one balance covers every API it sells, a failed request costs nothing, and its free plan needs no card.

Run the same request on FourA

Sort last month's HasData requests into its four boxes: rendering on or off, datacenter or residential. Then price the plain ones at 2 FourA credits and the rendered ones at 10, the most those requests can cost on Single and Browser. At Business rates that ceiling is $0.055 per 1,000 plain requests and $0.28 per 1,000 rendered ones.

Frequently asked

Does yearly billing change the answer? No. HasData's Growth billed yearly is $2,490 and FourA's Business is $1,999, so a plain request costs $0.069 per 1,000 there against $0.019 to $0.037 on FourA.

What do the free plans include? HasData's free plan gives 1,000 credits a month with one request at a time. FourA's Free plan gives 3,000 credits every month and runs 5 Single requests at once, with no card and no time limit.

Does a blocked page cost anything? HasData's pricing docs say failed or blocked requests won't cost anything. On FourA, a 200 answer whose body is a bot-check page we recognise isn't billed, and your validate rules decide what else counts as success.

So start with your most expensive box: create a free account at auth.foura.ai/signup, send ten of the URLs you run with residential and rendering on through Browser, and read X-FourA-Credits on each answer.
