Known Issues
The issues page at updates.foura.ai/issues tracks known bugs and problems affecting the platform.
What You'll See
Issues are organized into two tabs:
Open Tab
Shows issues that are currently active: either open (acknowledged) or investigating (being worked on).
Resolved Tab
Shows issues that have been resolved or closed, with their resolution details. The most recently resolved issues appear first.
Issue Details
Each issue includes:

| Severity | How critical the issue is |
| Status | Current state: open, investigating, resolved, or closed |
| Affected Service | Which FourA service is impacted |
| Resolution | How the problem was fixed (shown on resolved issues) |
Severity Levels
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Low | Minor issue with a simple workaround |
| Medium | Noticeable impact, workaround available |
| High | Significant impact on some users |
| Critical | Major functionality broken for many users |
How to Use It
Switch between the Open and Resolved tabs to see current problems or learn how past issues were fixed. If you're experiencing an error, check the open issues first to see if it's already tracked.
Tips
- If you encounter a bug that isn't listed, check the Service Status page for broader incidents before reporting it.
- Resolved issues often include the root cause and fix, which can help you understand if your integration needs changes.
- Critical and high severity issues typically have corresponding entries on the Service Status page.
