Service Status

The status page at updates.foura.ai/status shows the current health of every FourA service and 90 days of uptime history.

What You'll See

Service List

Each service shows its name, current status, and a 90-day uptime bar.

Status Types

Status Color Meaning
Operational Green Running normally
Degraded Yellow Slower than usual or partially affected
Partial Outage Orange Some functionality is unavailable
Major Outage Red Service is down
Maintenance Blue Scheduled maintenance in progress

Uptime Bars

The 90-day bar chart shows one bar per day, color-coded by the worst status that day experienced. Hover over any bar to see the date, status, and downtime duration.

Today's bar reflects the current status in real time and shows the number of active incidents if any exist.

The uptime percentage displayed next to each service is calculated from days that have recorded data. Days without data (before monitoring started) are shown in grey and excluded from the calculation.

Active Incidents

If any service is experiencing issues, active incident cards appear at the top of the page. Each card shows the incident title, affected service, start time, and current duration.

Past Incidents

Resolved incidents from the last 14 days are listed below the uptime bars, grouped by date. Each shows when the incident started, how long it lasted, and the resolution.

How to Use It

The page updates automatically. No need to refresh manually.

If you notice API errors or slow responses, check the status page first. An active incident will tell you whether the problem is on your side or ours.

Tips

  • Bookmark updates.foura.ai/status for quick access during incidents.
  • If all services show operational but you're still seeing errors, the problem is likely in your request configuration. Check the Troubleshooting page.
  • Uptime percentages reset over time as old days fall outside the 90-day window.
